The PRI-SAFETY 20L Kitchen Fire System is a large-capacity wet chemical fire suppression system engineered for commercial kitchens, industrial food production facilities, and large-scale food service environments where a higher volume of suppressant is required to achieve complete coverage across expansive cooking lines and exhaust systems. With a 20-liter wet chemical agent capacity, this system is designed to protect multiple cooking appliances simultaneously — including fryers, griddles, range tops, broilers, char-broilers, and woks — as well as associated ventilation equipment including hoods, ducts, plenums, and grease filters, all within a single integrated suppression installation. Upon fire detection, the system automatically pressurizes the agent tank and discharges wet chemical through precisely positioned spray nozzles across all protected zones simultaneously. The low pH wet chemical agent reacts instantly with superheated cooking oils and greases — rapidly knocking down flames, absorbing heat from cooking surfaces, and generating a tough vapor-sealing saponification blanket that smothers the burning oil and prevents reflash. Fuel and electrical supply to all protected cooking appliances is automatically cut off upon system activation, eliminating the ignition source and reducing the risk of re-ignition. Built with contemporary stainless steel construction throughout for corrosion resistance and long-term durability in high-temperature, high-humidity kitchen environments, the system is designed to complement modern commercial kitchen appliances. Multiple systems can be connected together for even larger kitchen configurations requiring extended coverage. Certified to ISO 9001:2015, CE, and EN standards, and compliant with NFPA 17A and NFPA 96 requirements for commercial kitchen fire suppression.
