Submit Your Request
Contact us with your unit details — brand, type (cylinder, portable, cabinet, tube, etc.), agent type, and quantity. We confirm availability, turnaround time, and pricing within the same day.

Unit Pickup or Drop-Off
We offer free pickup and delivery for orders of 5 or more units within Metro Manila. For smaller orders or areas outside Metro Manila, drop-off at our facility is available or a logistics fee applies.

Safety Inspection
Every unit is inspected before refill — valve condition, cylinder integrity, pressure rating, and corrosion check. Units that fail inspection are flagged immediately and you are notified with a recommendation.

Certified Refill & Recharge
Units are refilled or recharged with the exact certified agent (FM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂, dry chemical, etc.) to manufacturer-specified fill weight using calibrated equipment.

Pressure Test & Leak Check
Each refilled unit undergoes pressure testing and leak verification before being cleared. No unit leaves our facility without passing this step.

Return & BFP Documentation
Units are returned with a refill certificate documenting the agent type, fill weight, fill date, technician name, and pressure test result — fully compliant with BFP inspection requirements.

Yes. We service all major brands including Kidde, SIEX, Novec, Amerex, Pri-Safety, Stat-X, and more. We also accept all unit types — cylinders, portable extinguishers, cabinet units, tube systems, hanging, ceiling, vehicle, and kitchen type units. If your brand or unit is not listed, contact us and we will confirm availability.
We need the unit type (e.g. cylinder, portable, cabinet), brand, agent type (FM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂, etc.), size or fill weight in kg, and quantity. A photo of the unit label is helpful if you are unsure of the agent or fill weight.
Most standard refills are completed and returned within one business day (24 hours). Larger orders, units requiring hydraulic re-testing, or specialty agents may take 2–3 business days. We will confirm the timeline when you book.
Free pickup and delivery is available for orders of 5 or more units within Metro Manila. For smaller orders or areas outside Metro Manila, a logistics fee applies. We cover Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas — and can arrange third-party logistics for further provinces.
Yes. Every unit receives a refill certificate documenting the agent type, fill weight, fill date, technician name, and pressure test result. This certificate is the documentation required for BFP compliance inspections.
If a unit fails our inspection — due to a corroded valve, failed hydrostatic test, or structural damage — we will contact you immediately with the specific reason and a recommendation: repair, re-test, or replacement. No unit is refilled unless it passes inspection.
Yes. We service FM-200 tube type units, kitchen hood suppression systems, and cabinet type units in addition to standard cylinders. These require the same certified refill and pressure test process as all other units.
Yes. Reduced rates apply for orders of 10 or more units and for ongoing service contracts with buildings, facilities, or fire safety contractors. Contact us to arrange a custom quote.
Yes. All refills and recharges are performed by DOLE-accredited fire safety technicians. Every job is documented with a signed service report and refill certificate.
