The Stat-X Fixed Aerosol Suppression Unit is a self-contained, automatic fire suppression device that deploys condensed aerosol agent upon fire detection rapidly filling the protected enclosure with a fine mist of potassium-based micro-particles that interrupt the chemical chain reaction of fire at the molecular level. Requiring no piping, no pressurized cylinders, and no external agent storage, it is one of the most compact and cost-effective suppression solutions available for enclosed spaces. The unit activates automatically via an integral thermal detector or external detection system signal, and is available in a range of sizes to suit protected volumes from small electrical cabinets to large equipment enclosures.
