Open Spray Nozzle

The Open Spray Nozzle is a key discharge component in deluge fire suppression systems, designed to distribute water in a precise, uniform spray pattern across the protected hazard area when the deluge valve activates. Unlike closed sprinkler heads, open spray nozzles have no heat-sensitive element they remain permanently open and discharge immediately when system pressure is released through the deluge valve. Tyco open spray nozzles are available in a range of orifice sizes, spray angles, and flow rates to suit specific hazard geometries and suppression design requirements.
